John

John started working with his father, uncle, and cousins at Quality Tire, nearly 55 years ago. John has nearly 3000 hours of classwork and is certified by most major tire companies. He is an Accredited Master Automotive Manager and is continuously taking classes to expand his knowledge base and keep up on the latest automotive procedures.

Bob

Service Manager – Bob has over 20 years of experience in the automotive industry. He has been passionate about cars for as long as he can remember. Growing up in the middle of nowhere, taking apart cars and putting them together became his hobby and passion.

Bob has grown with Quality Tire Service from Tire Technician thru Service Manager. He brings a wealth of automotive and management skills to the Service Manager position. We are excited to have him assisting John and me in mentoring and driving the company further into the future.

Ben

Tire/Lube Technician – Ben has previous tire experience and is very knowledgeable in repairing, mounting, balancing and installing tires. He has been with Quality Tire Service for 3 years. He enjoys racing in his free time and has his own racecar. His favorite car is a Model T because it’s cool looking. He truly likes any older cars. His favorite part of being on our team is that we all work together as a team/family.

Sebastien

Tire/Lube Technician – Sebastien is still going to school but has worked for us for 1 year. He brings a lot of drive to his job. His favorite car is a 1967 Chevy Impala 4 door because he likes the classic style. Sebastien really enjoys working for Quality Tire Service because he is learning to work on cars from the best mechanic ever.

Steve

Purchasing Manager – Steve has adapted well into his position after being a state emission inspector. Now he is managing the purchases made thru the company whether they are parts or supplies. He has worked for Quality Tire Service for 7 years. There is no preference in what car Steve likes, instead as long as it keeps him warm and dry with an optimal start up that would be golden.

Steve’s favorite part of working at Quality Tire Service is that it’s like being a member of the family. Also being part of a team that works hard to get things done the right way the first time.

Laura

Customer Service Rep – Laura has worked with Quality Tire Service for 2 years as our customer service representative. She brings a lot of energy to her job giving our customers piece of mind. Her favorite car is Chitty Chitty Bang Bang because it’s a magical car so what more do you need? Laura’s favorite part of being on our team is because the coworkers are like family
