Quality tire is awesome! I’m very picky about what tires I use and when I called to see if they carried the brand I prefer. They didn’t have them in stock but the gentleman I spoke with said he would have no problems getting them, he collected the information on brand and size, never once tried to sell me anything other than what I wanted and respected my choice, when they came in was very prompt on contacting me to set up and appointment to have them installed, I had two other issues I wanted addressed ( an oil change and had a funky burning oil smell coming from my engine) and he added those concerns to my appointment, when I arrived they took the time to ask me a few questions to help them address the issue with the smell coming from my engine that I was concerned about, they worked hard and to not only replace all 4 of my tires but also the oil change ( which cost me a lot less than where I typically go for an oil change), they found what was causing the smell, a bad gasket dripping oil onto my exhaust that needed replacing that I had already had replaced by the dealership I got my car from and instead of trying to fix it for me and costing me more money, they gave me the information so I could take it back to where I originally had it done and saved me at least a thousand dollars! They even allowed me to pick my car up after hours and when I drove home it drove so nice almost like new!
