Had 4 rv tires purchased and installed. Had to order specific tires for rv. Took about a week to get in, but install was quick and per schedule. Although haven't driven rv (winter time), so far tires are holding up well. Quality Tire did hold original quote price with a preinstall deposit to avoid a vendor price increase.

You can always call, and they will take you. I dropped off my car to get diagnostics, and was going to wait for an Uber. They insisted to drive me home. Trust and hometown service. It's far and few between.

I had a tire issue and stopped in to purchase a new one, luckily I was told the tire was not as damaged as I thought it was. I left with just a tire rotation, very happy with their knowledge and service.

Quality tire is awesome! I’m very picky about what tires I use and when I called to see if they carried the brand I prefer. They didn’t have them in stock but the gentleman I spoke with said he would have no problems getting them, he collected the information on brand and size, never once tried to sell me anything other than what I wanted and respected my choice, when they came in was very prompt on contacting me to set up and appointment to have them installed, I had two other issues I wanted addressed ( an oil change and had a funky burning oil smell coming from my engine) and he added those concerns to my appointment, when I arrived they took the time to ask me a few questions to help them address the issue with the smell coming from my engine that I was concerned about, they worked hard and to not only replace all 4 of my tires but also the oil change ( which cost me a lot less than where I typically go for an oil change), they found what was causing the smell, a bad gasket dripping oil onto my exhaust that needed replacing that I had already had replaced by the dealership I got my car from and instead of trying to fix it for me and costing me more money, they gave me the information so I could take it back to where I originally had it done and saved me at least a thousand dollars! They even allowed me to pick my car up after hours and when I drove home it drove so nice almost like new! I will definitely return anytime I need work done on my car and will definitely be referring my friends and family! Thank you so much Quality Tire for all your hard work!! You guys Rock! 🔥🤘😎🤘🔥
