Always excellent service!

John and Bob were helpful and clear of what the estimate for my car's services were going to be, and that meant a lot to me in building my trust. The mechanic who worked on my Ben, was also very personable and friendly about working on my vehicle. It's fixed, and only took a day to get done. They worked on getting me home to work while they did the job, and came back to pick me up when they were done. A big relief for a single older lady like me.

They have always been fair and honest with me, and they typically have the fastest availability.

I have used QTS on 2 separate occasions now. Both have been some of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a shop. The people here are understanding and exceptionally reasonable. They may not be the absolute cheapest but they are far from the most expensive, like I said, exceptionally reasonable. The work and follow through has been top notch. 10 of 10 would recommend.

They fixed exactly what needed to be fixed. They also pointed out things to look out for in the future.

Fast courteous people and good service. Glad to continue working with them.
