It is very nice to take our car to a shop that #1 knows you #2will give a honest price for needed work and then do the work right the first time. You should start a school for the new car dralers service department people.

I had spent a fortune trying to get my check engine light to go off so I could go through emissions. I kept getting the small emission leak code which several people told me were very hard to find. These guys did the smoke test and couldn't find the leak so cleaned and resealed all the connectors are voila!!!!! The light went out and it passed! Plus it only cost me $100. Wish I had found them earlier. I highly recommend them.

I've always felt very comfortable taking our cars to the shop. That's why I was so surprised at the hourly labor charge? 177 per hour seems pretty steep. Back in March I paid 64 per hour. Why the huge hike in price?

Mr. Dudzik, I apologize for the confusion in the pricing. We have not changed our pricing in 3 yrs. After reviewing the two invoices in question, you've had three different types of work completed. Each of these items is listed al Belts & Cooling under our labor category though they are very different problems. One a Drive Belt Tensioner Pulley, then replacement of a Thermostat and also a Cooling System Flush. Each of these items requires a different amount of time to complete the task due to the complexity. I appreciate your review and would be more than happy to explain this in further detail if you'd like. Please give us a call or stop by.

john, i know you guys get busy but two things. the last twp times I brought flats in for repairs, they were not on the car which is okay but I had to load it in the trunk without help. whenyou were in spring grove someone always at least offered to help load the tire in the trunk or even re-install on the vehicle. quality slip up. also have a question for you about tires,installed there and aligned there.apparently you don't get your notes anymore either. I have chevroning on the inner edge of a tire. no comments when it was aligned. found the problem tracing a brake lign leak.
