I was very pleased to find a local family-owned company. I had an issue with some tires that I bought out of state. Since I could not go back to where I purchased them, I called and explained the issue and made an appointment. We were able to agree on a plan for the current issue and we agreed if there were any future issues with my tires we at least knew what had been done and where to start if I need service again.

Great folks at quality tire! John knows what he is doing. I brought them my beadlock Weld race rims and Mickey bias ply slicks. John had the tubes in stock as well as the right stems for the rims. Rims looks great and had them done right away with zero issues. I definitely will be using them again!

I called last minute for an oil change and low tire pressure check. I was able to get in within an hour. 1-1/2 hours after I arrived I was on my way. The oil change was done, the nail was removed from the tire, and the tire was patched and remounted. The service was friendly and quick as always. The customer waiting area was clean and comfortable. Coffee was much appreciated. The friendly dog helped pass the time while reading my book. In all the times I've been to Quality I've never encountered a problem. Keep it up.

Great service and price

I have brought my car in several times, for different issues, and John and his staff have been wonderful! They have fixed every problem and explained in detail what was done. I've never had to wait long for an appointment and there turn around time is quick and efficient! The thing that really keeps going back besides their excellent workmanship, is their honesty.
