Such great customer service! After having some issues with a big box store trying to sell me 4 new wheels (not tires but wheels!) - I went to Quality Tire for a second opinion as the story the other store gave me seemed off - John was great explaining the issue and the fix. Taking extra time to pull a wheel from the back to show me an example. Plus their fix cost me only $106 vs the $900 the other store was trying to scam me out of. Quality Tire has a customer for life out of me!!

This was our first experience with Quality Tire and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of their technical work and the timely nature that they completed the work. We are very happy with our SUV which is now running fine. We would highly recommend them and will go to them again if needed for service on our vehicles.
