Paid for oil change then 2 weeks later oil light came on said 5 percent left. So that means no oil was put in. That could of destroyed my car.

I understand your frustration with this situation happening. I can assure you that the oil change was completed properly with the correct amount of oil as required by your manufacture. If I may I’d like to explain a little further. During an oil change on vehicles with an “oil change reminder/oil life” dash light it is a requirement to reset the computer. This procedure is followed for oil changes completed at Quality Tire Service and is also listed in the owner’s manual for your particular vehicle. There are times when the reset process is not accepted by the vehicles computer whether the service was performed by a dealer or independent repair facility. When this occurs it will take the old computer information and show the old information even though the service has been completed properly. If anyone’s “oil life” dash light comes on after a service was completed it is necessary for you to contact the facility that completed the oil change. If this occurs with any customer of Quality Tire Service, bring your vehicle in and we will reset the computer again at no charge. I picked the brand/model of tires I wanted from the listing in CONSUMER REPORTS. I called on Friday with my requests (2 tires); they ordered the tires and had them on Monday. I brought my car in and in just a little over a half hour they had both tires mounted and balanced. I am very satisfied with their work.

I've been a customer of QTS since August 2011 at their new location. Since then I've only had to bring my 2001 Oldsmobile Alero in a few times for regular maintenance unlike the last place business I dealt with. On May 8th I had an HID kit purchased online installed under warranty because the other 2 failed. I also have had fog lights replaced. They honor all work under warranty and understand if your on a budget in these hard times. John and the rest of his staff are very honest and personable with customers. The staff is very knowledgeable about vehicles and the services they offer. As far as scheduling goes they do have a lot of customers but will do their best to fit you in. If you happen to run into any issues they make you first priority and rest assured to make you satisfied. Also included is 24/24,000 mile warranty packet they will give you. I would absolutely recommend them! 5 stars! UPDATE: Applied for a Citi Drive card back in June 2014. However promotion for gift card ended even tho it was displayed in shop they we're not aware of this. Afterwards I closed the account once they said they ran the card since it could not be used at other places. They we're supposed to charge it and never did according to my statements. Being told I would have 6 months to pay it off I would have a minimum payment with 0% APR! January 2015 came and I suddenly ended up with a huge bill!!! -1 star because of this inconvience!
