Purchased tires for my 5th wheel. Then drove to Florida one tire had a manufacture defect. If you want customer service John of Quality tire is your place. As soon as I called him he made me feel I was his only customer. He immediately went into action and had a local place come right to me to replace the tire. Kept me informed the entire time. I will now go to quality tire in Johnsburg for all my family tires. Can't say enough great things about the place

Awesome service! I'm a weekend warrior, woke up Saturday morning to a completely flat tractor tire and oh yeah, I'm new to owning a tractor as well. This put a hold on all of our weekend projects until we got this fixed. QTS was able to get my tire fixed and replaced same day and they were so helpful. They explained how I should be maintaining my tractor tires, especially since they had been minimally used previously. Highly recommend.
