I have a 2017 Honda Accord and it was showing me multiple lights on my dash. I contacted the dealer and when I brought the vehicle in to be serviced, the service writer seemed unamused to assist me. I received a call about an hour after dropping off my vehicle and they told me the IMA Radiator was busted. He told me to come in to see it firsthand and when I arrived, the writer went home for the day. Their estimate was nearly $1000, with absolutely no clear breakdown of the price. They did not provide me with the parts, labor, taxes and fees that I would be charged for. I asked why there wasn't coolant under my vehicle and they said "the sponge" under my vehicle soaked it up. I can only assume he was referring to the Styrofoam insulator under the radiator, something that is not made to soak anything up. I brought my vehicle to Quality Tire and was pleasantly surprised by the passion they have for the vehicles they service. Kevin took the time to explain to me the issue and the steps to a solution. I was quoted almost half of what they were trying to charge me at the dealership. I will be bringing my vehicle to this shop from now on. Even though the dealership only deals with a handful of models, the service advisors heavily lack the expertise necessary to communicate the issues to their customers. Quality Tire took their time to educate me on my vehicle and to fix it at a MUCH lower cost than the dealership. 10/10 would recommend this business to anyone looking for any vehicle repair!
