I had them run a detailed computer scan on a car I was purchasing. The only problem I had was that I spent 20 minutes on hold waiting for the technician to give me clarification on the recommended fix.

Went in for emissions test. Staff was prompt and professional. In and out in ten minutes or so. Looks like they offer a wide range of services that I'd consider using them for.
